This Privacy Policy describes how Sabi and its affiliates ("Sabi", "we", "our" or "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites and services, namely, but not limited to Sabi Capsule ("Capsule" "sabicapsule.com").

If you are looking for CCPA-specific information, check out our CCPA Privacy Notice

We may collect and receive information about users of our Services ("users," "you," or "your") from various sources, including: (i) information you provide through your user account on the Services (your "Account") if you register for the Services; (ii) your use of the Services; and (iii) from third-party websites, services, and partners.

Sabi recommends that you read this Privacy Policy in full, including the Additional Disclosures referenced at the bottom of this document, to ensure you are fully informed. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or DigitalOcean's data collection, use, and disclosure practices, please contact us at our Contact Form.

1. Information Sabi Collects

I. Account Registration. Sabi collects a contact email address and a preferred username.

II. Payment Information. If you opt-in during the checkout process, Sabi collects and saves your payment information to auto-renew your subscription.

III. User Content. Any content you upload to Capsule to be hosted on your public website, including domain name, site name, and description.

IV. Communications. Any messages you send in correspondence with Sabi including the contents of the message, attachments, and any other information such as name, email address, phone numbers associated with your correspondences.

V. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Sabi does not add additional surveillance to spy on its customer base. VI. Resource Monitoring. Sabi does not spy on its customers, but as a measure to keep the lights on and the servers running, we must collect metrics on the amount of disk space utilized, the demand on Sabi servers' memory, CPU, and disk space, and the monthly network transfer.

2. Information Usage

Sabi makes an effort to collect the bare minimum required to ensure a good experience for our customers. We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your email address. Capsule makes profit by providing affordable web hosting to everyone, not by exploiting its customer base. We use your information to allow for auto-renewing your subscription, should you elect. We also use the system metrics to monitor and admister our servers.

3. Information Sharing

Sabi only shares information as required by law or with the preauthorized written consent of the customer.

4. Legal Basis to Process Personal Information

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

However, we will normally collect personal information from you only (i) where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you; (ii) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; or (iii) where we have your consent to do so. We have a legitimate interest in operating our Services and communicating with you as necessary to provide these Services, for example when responding to your queries, improving our platform, undertaking marketing, or for the purposes of detecting or preventing illegal activities.

In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information).

5. Third-party Services

You may browse the web freely from Capsule hosted webpages. Sabi is not responsible for the privacy policies, nor the practices of these third-party services. Sabi encourages you to carefull review their policies before proceeding.

6. Security

A committment to safety and privacy is at the core of Sabi's beliefs. A variety of redundant security and privacy is in place to protect the limited amount of user data we are required to record for our services to function.

7. Data Retention

Sabi retains personal information we have collected for the duration our business. When Sabi and the customer have no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will delete the information.

8. Data Protection Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the following data protection rights:

- Similarly, if we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time.
